Delivery Time

Please allow the following estimated time for delivery after your order has been successfully placed:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timings

Orders are generally delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

You may be required to provide a signature or confirmation at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable, you may arrange for a family member, colleague, neighbor, or another authorized person to receive the package on your behalf.

ASIMOR will not be responsible for any package accepted by an alternative person on your behalf.

Delivery & Product Damage

Customers are requested to check the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or if any product is missing or damaged, please contact ASIMOR Customer Support as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery.

For damaged or incorrect products, customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the package and product for verification.

ASIMOR is not responsible for damage caused to products after successful delivery and acceptance of the package.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product, quantity, package size, weight, delivery location, and other applicable factors.

The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the customer completes the payment.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, ASIMOR shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
